We take honours IT undergraduates and put them through a rigorous training process in the Realex Payments Academy. Here they will learn about our products, services and all the technology that we use. To successfully complete their training, they must pass a number of internal exams. Our graduates continue to build on this experience in the Customer Service team for a few years before being promoted to the Corporate Account team.
Career development doesn’t stop there. As part of their role, Account Managers will continue their training by participating in sector-specific training and courses.
During the implementation phase, we invest a lot of time in collecting and understanding requirements from all functions and stakeholders within your organisation. The requirements and solutions are translated into a Service Implementation Plan that is unique to your business and your needs.
Post implementation, your Account Manager will work with you to develop bespoke monthly reports that will document different aspects of your account activity and provide insights to help you optimise your payment process.
You need to know that your account manager is available when it matters. That is why we provide you with your account manager’s mobile number. They will be available to answer your call 24X7.
You will also be provided with the mobile numbers for the rest of the Account Management team and the Head of Corporate Account Management just in case.

We are experts in the payment industry and we keep our fingers on the pulse. Our account team members specialise in a few key industry sectors so that they can focus on maintaining up to date knowledge for those sectors. This allows them to provide the best of quality in their service.
Aidan has over 4 years’ experience in the payments industry and is currently working with the Finance, Retail & Insurance sectors in Realex Payments.
Mohammed, who previously worked with CyberSource, is looking after clients in the financial services sector.
Carlos is looking after a group of Irish based clients as well as our corporate Spanish clients.
Tomás has been with Realex Payments for three years. He is experienced in working with merchants from the gaming and travel sectors.
Shane has over three years’ experience with Realex Payments. He has worked with merchants from the insurance, gaming, retail, finance and travel sectors.
James has three years’ experience working with Realex Payments. He has worked with merchants across the insurance, retail, finance and travel sectors.
Michael is the Head of Corporate Account Management. He has been with Realex Payments for over 5 years and has vast experience working across all sectors.
