Once you have signed up with Realex Payments, our support and integration team will set up your testing account and issue you with log-in details for our Online Resource Centre. Along with your set-up information, we will also send you developers’ guides that show exactly how to integrate for whatever service you have signed up for.
Integration is straightforward and in some cases merchants have gone live within 24 hours of setting up their test account.
Our support and integration team are available to help with any integration issues that may arise, and can be contacted by phone or email. Realex Payments understands the need for quick responses to technical queries, so it strives to respond in a timely fashion. The Realex Payments online resource centre provides both business and technical users with in depth information on the best way to use our services and also a range of technical guides and sample code that will make the process of integrating with our service as easy as possible.
As our payment solution is bank independent you can change to any acquirer at any time. You can also link to more than one acquirer at a time and, via our reporting solution, see the global position. We can also set you up multiple accounts, and each can link to a different acquirer. Integrating your account with multiple banks is straightforward and can be set up in minutes.
