Privately Issued Cards - RealPIC

Realex Payments offers merchants the ability to issue prepaid cards to selected corporate users. This allows individual cardholders the option to specify a number of limits:

• maximum transaction value
• maximum daily turnover
• authorisation limit

The use of this service guarantees payment and eliminates banking fees.

Direct Debits - RealEFT

Processing payments by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) involves bank-specific software and is labour intensive. Realex Payments’ RealEFT takes the hassle out of this process by completing all of the file creation, leaving the merchant with the simple task of sending the information to the bank.

RealEFT also allows merchants to ensure bank account details supplied by customers are correct by cross-referencing the account against the branch.

Credit and Debit Card Authorisations - RealAuth

RealAuth allows the processing of credit and/or debit cards in real time to ensure the cardholder has sufficent funds. Supported card types include:

Purchasing Cards:

Realex Payments’ online purchasing card terminal allows suppliers to accept purchasing cards. These are designed to replace traditional purchase orders in medium to large corporations, enabling employees to buy low-value items directly from suppliers without loss of central management control.
