Realex Payments were proud to sponsor the award of Contact Centre Manager of the Year at this years annual CCMA awards. The ceremony was held this year in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin and the evening was a great success.

In selecting Mark Hopes as Contact Centre Manager of the Year, the judges praised in particular his enthusiasm and passion for business and people, his integrated and inclusive approach to sales and his clear and inspirational leadership.
